Freddie started with Tydus Real Estate in 2022 where he has been supporting both the national and central London investment teams. He has worked in the UK commercial property market for the last 6 years, starting his career with East Midlands specialists, Barker Storey Matthews, now Eddisons. Following the successful completion of the RICS APC process, Freddie left Peterborough to gain further experience in the national investment market.

Freddie’s experience has largely been in occupational agency and lease advisory with an ever-growing experience in investment. Having grown up on the outskirts of the city, as well as working in the Peterborough and wider East Anglia region for 4 years, he has developed a significant understanding of the Peterborough market which has been invaluable in assisting the rapid growth of Tydus Peterborough.

Sale of a single let industrial investment; Unit 14, The IO Centre, Stevenage, SG1 for a UK private family for c.£850,000.
Sale of a brownfield, mixed use development site of 6.85 acres; Station Road, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 for a UK private family for c.£1.15m.
