Director - Investment

Jamie is one of the founding directors of Tydus Real Estate. He has worked in the UK commercial property market for the past 30 years with companies including Franc Warwick and CBRE.

Jamie predominantly advises property companies and private clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property in the East Midlands area.

Jamie divides his time between the Peterborough and London offices to maximise opportunities to share ideas, opportunities and clients in both areas.

Acquisition of a mixed use investment on Cathedral Square anchored by a letting to Starbucks for a private investor for c.£1m.
Sale of a single let restaurant investment on Cathedral Square on behalf of a UK property company for c.£750,000.
Acquisition of a multi let industrial investment in Norwich for a UK charity for c.£5.5m.
Sale of a single let NCP car park investment in Sheffield for a UK property company for c.£1.5m.
