Sophie Dickens
Director – Leasing

Sophie joined Tydus Real Estate in 2022 as a director focusing on transactional advice in Peterborough and the surrounding area. Prior to joining Tydus, Sophie had been working in London for 15 years specialising in the West End office leasing market. 

Sophie started her career at Drivers Jonas, which was subsequently acquired by Deloitte and then Gerald Eve. She has advised a diverse range of clients including Soho Estates, Derwent London, Motcomb Estates, Global Holdings, Lazari, Tishman Speyer, Aberdeen Asset Management and Delancey.

Sophie has given advice on a range of buildings and advised on acquisitions, disposals, design, planning, leasing strategy and marketing on behalf of occupiers, landlords, investors and major UK institutions.  

Sophie holds a BA degree in Geography from Newcastle University and a MSc in Real Estate from Reading University, as well as being a qualified tennis coach! 

Sophie moved back to Castor, Peterborough in 2018 with her husband and three children and is based in the Tydus Peterborough office. 

Favourite Peterborough Landmark: “I love Longthorpe Tennis Club, how it is nestled away in its own little village setting yet so close to a bustling City. If I have to choose a landmark in the City centre itself, I would have to say the Key Theatre on the embankment, especially the panto at Christmas, (“Oh no, you don’t…!”).”
